The holiday festivities began on Christmas Eve with a "Baby Naming Ceremony," during which we welcomed Bailey into our family. She wore a gown made by her great grandmother (after whom she was named) and her great, great grandmother. My cousins, siblings, and I wore the gown for our Baptisms, and now several of her cousins and second cousins have worn it as well.
Bailey thoroughly enjoyed pulling presents out of her stocking and playing with everyone's wrapping paper. We were very busy with family gatherings and lunches with friends. Overall, it was a wonderful first Christmas!
