Trip down South

We just returned home from a two week trip to Tennessee and Florida, and Bailey is in the difficult process of adjusting to life without adoring grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins eager to play with her. She seems to be coping with the transition by sleeping the day away. Or perhaps she is just totally exhausted from all of the activity. We spent time with my high school friends and their babies, attended my 10 year high school reunion, and celebrated Gram's and Ted's wedding. Our trip happened to coincide with Erik's parents annual migration toward warm winter weather so we met them for brunch downtown. In Florida Bailey had her inaugural dip in the pool (she loved it) and felt sand between her toes for the first time.
