Yes, I'm back!  However, I'm thinking it's for only one last post...the mini Carlsons aren't little babies anymore, and it feels like the right time for the family blog to come to a close.  On to the main topic though...Elliott loved his birthday!  He had his favorite foods all day long (starting of course with chocolate chip pancakes), played at the park with some toddler friends, and ended the day having dinner on the porch with Grams.  The festivities continued over the weekend with a family party for Elliott and Blythe (who also had a birthday that week).  He woke up the day after his birthday singing a spirited rendition of "Happy Birthday to You," and when I went to his crib, he happily announced "I two!"
