Erik eased the blow of my 30th birthday (I had been dreading that day for a couple of years, I must admit) with a beautifully decorated dining room, blueberry pancakes, and a night out in DC. No, Bailey was not given the privilege of opening my presents - sweet Grams sent her a gift as well.
