Christmas Eve, Christmas day, and the day after

Bailey and I had a wonderful Christmas in Franklin, but it was sad to spend the holiday without Erik! He was visiting family in Minnesota and couldn't leave because of the snowstorms. Still, it was very special for us to enjoy Christmas with baby Ellen, and it's always wonderful to be surrounded by family and of course lots of good food.









Our little post Christmas gift exchange...we were so happy to finally have Erik here!



Bailey is delightful when she receives gifts: she excitedly yet gently rips through the paper and immediately shows interest in whatever she finds inside. She even shook with happiness at the sight of especially fun toys!
