Sometimes the wrapping is better than what's inside

Bailey LOVES paper. We do not have the option of reading a magazine or book in her presence because she cannot resist the urge to grab the pages, shake them, and then put them in her mouth. Thus, she is delighted by wrapping paper lately, and it has brought her more joy than some of the toys that previously were potential gifts (we figure this is probably the only year we can let her play with toys before giving them to her for Christmas). We now know not to ask Santa for toys that make strange sounds or for plastic rattles!
