What a day! After two years of actively watching the presidential campaigns twist and turn their way through primaries, participating in our local caucuses, and tuning in to conventions, debates, rallies, SNL skits, Sunday morning shows, and a circus of news stories, we eagerly tromped off to the local Volvo dealership just minutes ago to do our part to bring this historic election to a close. Bailey joined papa at the voting machine and watched as we cast our vote for her, I mean, our, preferred candidate, Barack. Ponder this: five presidencies will go by before she can vote on her own... Now, like the rest of the country, we watch the returns!
